CFNA Lending Toolset
The Community Futures Network of Alberta supports 27 independently governed offices across rural Alberta. GTC worked with Community Futures professionals to map the lending lifecycle and create practical SOPs, process flows, templates and supporting guidance that could bring consistency while preserving local flexibility.
The engagement culminated in a digital Lending Toolset designed for Business Analysts and managers. The toolset has progressed into implementation and training across the network, including CFNA's public “Mastering the CFNA Lending Toolset” training.
STAR Summit 2026
STAR 2026 brought aerospace, aviation, defence and advanced-technology stakeholders together in Cold Lake. GTC provided local project coordination and execution support across speakers, panels, sponsors, exhibitors, venues, catering, transportation, tours, scheduling, signage and attendee communications.
The July 15–17, 2026 Summit included five industry panels, keynotes, spotlight presentations, exhibitors, networking and site tours. The work demonstrated GTC's ability to coordinate a complex, deadline-driven initiative across public, private and community stakeholders.
SE Design & Consulting
As SE Design & Consulting grew, GTC examined how work moved through the organization and where processes, project workflows and management practices could scale more effectively.
GTC mapped workflows, identified bottlenecks and improvement opportunities, and explored how Agile principles and structured operating practices could fit an engineering and consulting environment. The result was a practical framework for discussing accountability, scalability and continued operational improvement.
